1. PDF File Viewer: Make sure your computer has at least one of these applications installed to view PDF files:
Adobe Reader can be found here:  2. Close all Adobe Acrobat or Reader windows. 3. Get SurePDF: Download the SurePDF version appropriate for your computer and save the file. Double-click the file to start the installation.
